While an intern under Metatropia’s Managing Director, Licensed Psychologist and Executive Coach Dr. Michael McElhenie, Victoria was trained and certified by ASSESS Systems on how to identify crucial competencies and other vital skill-sets for personal development, career transition and conflict resolution. During this time, Victoria continued to add the foundational skills and tools needed to match people and their competencies to the particular work demands and culture that fits them best.
Victoria is recognized amongst her peers as a true change-leader. Throughout Victoria’s professional career, she has deeply listened to the personal aspirations, wants and needs of a wide diversity of people and groups. Victoria then transferred her talents to the vocational counseling world – linking people to ideal career opportunities that also nurtured their professional growth. With a few years of coaching and advising under her belt, Victoria consulted for the Juvenile Justice Department – helping them lay the foundation for a significant shift in culture.
